What is my order status?
To check on the status of an order, sign into your account on snapfence.com using the email address and password you used during checkout. Once you’re signed in, click “Orders” from the menu, and behold! Your info’s all there. You’re always welcome to reach out via email, phone, live chat or social media. We are here to help!
How do I set up a wholesale account?

Custom Plans:
How do I get custom plans for my project?
We love helping our customers create their perfect project! To request your custom project plans fill out our Request Form or email us at support@snapfence.com. Depending on your project idea we may recommend having some or all of the following: overall dimensions, a photo of the installation area, a rough sketch of your idea, or a link to the project inspiration. The more information you share with us the better!
 
Assembly/Instruction Assistance:
Yay! You are ready to complete your own custom SnapFence® project! Here are some helpful hints to ensure you have the best experience possible. Many of our projects require no tools at all (if you received custom project plans any recommended tools will be noted). Here are the most common tools used and how to determine if you will need them:

Our Posts & Rails come in many conveniant sizes, but if your project requires custom lengths or heights you will need a hand saw or power saw to cut them. Cutting Posts & Rails is simple. Read our tutorial here.

Our patented components are designed to snap together! A hammer or mallet will be needed if you are using Ground Anchor Stakes to secure your project. They can also be used for convenience during the rest of the assembly if you choose.

A drill is recommended for any projects using our self-tapping screws. It will also be a necessary tool for any projects installing Base Mounts on a concrete surface. 

 
Shipping/Returns:
When can I expect my order?
Our standard shipping time is 3-5 business days. Once your order is shipped a tracking number will be sent to you via the email you provided at checkout. You can also login to your account on snapfence.com to check the status of your order or contact us via phone, email or live chat for more detailed information.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the U.S., Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and military APO/DPO/FPO addresses. We also offer international shipping to customers in Canada.
What does shipping cost?
We proudly offer free shipping on as many of our items as possible. However, shipping will apply to some of our products. To calculate the cost of shipping, simply click on your cart and enter your zip code in the checkout form and a shipping cost will be automatically calculated for you. For additional help feel free to contact us and we can provide you with a shipping quote directly. Be sure to join our newsletter to be informed of free shipping promotions!
What is your return policy?
We have a 30 day return policy for items that are in new, unused condition. This policy does not apply to Gift Cards. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. A proof of purchase is required for returns and exchanges. 
How do I set up a return or exchange?

Where can I find my receipt?
A receipt will be included in your order confirmation email and included with your shipment! If you need another copy, you can access one through your account or email us at support@snapfence.com.

Do you offer gift cards?
Our e-gift cards make great presents. Purchase them here. Note: Gift cards are not refundable.
